Miscellaneous:
- Poundage shall be collected on all proceeds received at the rate of 5% on the first $250,000.00; 3% on balance collected.
- Any additional fees or expenses that become due shall be collected in accordance with CPLR§8012, §8013 and §8014.
- Mileage fee is set at the current federal IRS mileage reimbursement rate and is subject to change.
- Enforcement of CPLR§8011 "A Sheriff is entitled to fees payable in advance for the services specified."
