Provides Nutrition Education
WIC provides access to registered dietitians and nutritionists to help support healthy eating during pregnancy and throughout your child’s early years of life.
Provides Nutritious Foods

Referrals to Other Programs
WIC provides referrals to other community programs to help meet your family’s needs including programs that provide: Food, Clothing, Diapers/Wipes, Housing, Heating/Utilities, Furniture, Cash Assistance, Daycare Assistance, Health/Dental Care Providers, and more!
Breastfeeding Assistance
WIC has Certified Lactation Counselors on staff to help you get breastfeeding off to the best start and answer any questions that you have. WIC also offers Peer Counselors to help support you through your breastfeeding journey. WIC also provides manual, double electric, and hospital grade breast pumps at no cost.
