Am I a caregiver? 

You are a caregiver if:

Shop for groceries, cook, clean, or do laundry for someone who needs help with these tasks.

Make medical appointments for someone and/or drive to the doctor and drug store.

Help a friend, neighbor, or family member with personal care.

Take care of someone who has a chronic illness.

The Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging and Tri-County Arts Council are excited to provide this opportunity for caregivers to take time to relax, get together with other caregivers, and enjoy learning a new skill.
