The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Jamestown Community College Olean Campus on Thursday April 15, 2021.
The vaccine being administered is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose. The department will schedule your second dose vaccine clinic on May 13th, 2021.
Individuals must be 18 years of age and older to register for this vaccine.
