The Cattaraugus County Planning Board meeting, scheduled today April 24, 2025, has been cancelled. The change in schedule is due to the Planning Board not meeting the required quorum for the April 24th meeting. The board is to reschedule the meeting for Thursday May 1st. The rescheduled meeting will take place at the usual location and time.
The next Planning Board Meeting originally to be held on April 24th will be held on May 1st at 6:30 PM at the Cattaraugus County Center Building in Little Valley, NY
The planning division serves as staff to the 13-member County Planning Board, which must act upon referrals from local municipalities sent to the county under Section 239 I of New York State General Municipal Law. The staff makes recommendations to the County Planning Board regarding these referrals.

What is Early Voting?
Early voting for the Primary is a nine (9) day period where voters can vote in-person before Election Day in their county.
The Cattaraugus County Legislature will meet in adjourned session at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, for such business as may properly come before the meeting, in the Legislative Chambers, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York.
