Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of two additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 residents within Cattaraugus County. The department's active positive COVID-19 caseload is now nineteen as there are now forty-one residents who have recovered from COVID-19.

Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of its sixtieth confirmed case of COVID-19. The reporting laboratory was Boston Heart Diagnostics, Framingham, MA. The department's active positive COVID-19 caseload is now eighteen, as there are now forty residents who have recovered from COVID-19.

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020, and thereby extended on April 14, 2020, and further extended on May 14, 2020, and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive:
The Legislature of Cattaraugus County will meet in adjourned session at the County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Legislature of Cattaraugus County will meet in adjourned session at the County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, and also at 1 Leo Moss Drive, Olean, New York, on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.
As soon as the Primary Election Ballots are mailed, a Ballot marking Device (BMD) will be available at the Board of Elections to ensure all voters wishing to mark their absentee ballot privately and independently may do so
