Speak-Up! Skills for Effective Advocacy & How to Prepare for Meetings

This workshop is for parents, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities who participate in various meetings with professionals throughout a school year. The class will provide you with tips on how to be prepared and organized. You will learn how to be a powerful advocate (someone who speaks up).

The Cattaraugus County Museum's "Summer at the Stone House" event series continues its 2021 schedule with a presentation given by Buffalo-based musician Dave Ruch on the traditional music of our state. This event will take place on the museum lawn under an event tent. Some seating will be available, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own chair. COVID-19 protocols will be observed. The program is free and open to the public.
