A state program that provides employment opportunities during the summertime for youth. Eligibility is based on the household income for the youth’s family must be less than 200% of poverty. Usually, the duration of the program is 6-8 weeks. In addition to the youth being exposed to work, each youth receives an educational component which includes financial literacy. For employment opportunities, the youth may be placed with a not-for-profit organization, a governmental entity or in private business.

Providing care for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease can be stressful and isolating, but support groups can help you connect and learn from others in the same position.
