Directive 14-2020 Cattaraugus County, New York

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020, and thereby extended on April 14, 2020, and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive:

DIRECTIVE 13-2020 CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NEW YORK

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020 and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive:

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was enacted and is effective April 1, 2020 — December 31, 2020, which is an emergency paid leave act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Directive 12-2020 Cattaraugus County

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020 and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive:

The Board of Elections shall be open on a limited schedule as follows:

Monday- Friday, l l a.m. until l p.m.

This Directive is effective immediately and shall remain in effect until rescinded or until the State of Emergency expires, whichever occurs first.

Directive 11-2020 Cattaraugus County, New York

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020 and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive:

Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of two additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 residents within Cattaraugus County. The department's active positive COVID-19 caseload is now twelve, as there are now seventy-four residents who have recovered from COVID-19.
