You are a caregiver if you * shop, cook, clean, or assist with other household tasks for someone over age 60.
You are a caregiver if you * provide assistance and/or transportation for medical needs to a care partner over age 60.
You are a caregiver * if you support and assist with the independence of someone over age 60.

- Oct. 7 - 8:30-11:00 AM - Breakfast Club and Wellness break
- Nov. 9 - 10:00-Noon - Introduction to Yoga, meditation and sound bath (At the Olean Meditation Center)
